The Storyline
Hmm, I'm feeling hungry and should get something to eat, I think I’m in the mood for a snack, just something light. I am new to the area and don't have a specific restaurant in mind, where do I go? — Emily
Oh, I lost track of time working at the office again, the traffic is going to be high driving home as usual, and I’m starving, I can’t stop by the restaurant to get food cause I’ll just meet a heavier traffic on the way, what do I do? — John

The already existing food delivery platforms have shortcomings that hinder a seamless and enjoyable food ordering experience for users. The Low-Fedelity
The Challenges
During the design process, I faced a couple of unique challenges:
User-Focused Design: Designing a user-friendly and intuitive interface demanded careful consideration of user needs and feedback.
Market Competition: In a saturated food delivery market, differentiating FoodEats from established competitors requires innovative features and a strong value proposition.
